We are looking for an experienced Java Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud technologies, and modern development practices. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of scalable and secure Java-based applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Mentor and guide developers on best practices and technical solutions.
Drive CI/CD adoption and cloud-native application development.

8 years of Java development experience.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
