Job description

The Chicago Sales Support Intern is responsible for the administrative and sales support of the Chicago Sales Manager. This position reports directly to the Director (Chicago).

In this role, the Chicago Sales Support Specialist will conduct these and other important duties:

  • Communicate with customers and distributions partner on behalf of the Chicago sales staff;
  • Spot check retailers for signage, product and proper display
  • Assist with the completion of proposals of other sales-support materials;
  • Coordinate with the Chicago Account Sales Support Specialist in the planning and fulfillment of service agreements with Chicago Accounts;
  • Fulfill of customer or distributor partner requests for marketing materials and information;
  • Schedule of all food shows and other marketing events for and with the approval of the Director (Chicago)
  • Respond to information requests by potential customers and end users;
  • Customer service activities; and
  • Other duties assigned by the Director (Chicago).
