Duties will include:
- Attend & successfully complete multiple Autodesk Revit Building Information Modeling classes and trainings
- Construct layouts for mechanical systems on commercial projects
- Work with other trade contractors to resolve clashes in the BIM model
- Work with field personnel to ensure constructability of design
- Generate installation drawings for use by field personnel
- Perform minimal design calculations using sound engineering practices
- Conduct field surveys to document existing conditions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience working with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Navisworks is preferred
- Ideal candidate is currently enrolled in or has completed a degree program in Construction Management, Engineering, Drafting, or Design
- High School Diploma
