Job description

Sr. Cloud Platform Engineer

Duration: 6 Months (CTH) (50% Onsite role)

Location: Plano TX, Austin TX Chicago IL, Columbus OH, Jersey City NJ

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Experience in open-source development
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Experience developing micro services
  • Experience building and running large scale, multi-tenant distributed data systems
  • Hands-on experience in managing life cycle of services on Kubernetes
  • Experience in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, Azure with container orchestration technology like Kubernetes
  • Good knowledge of networking(HTTP, TLS, DNS) to troubleshoot network issues
  • Proficiency in more than one programming language(C++, Java, Golang, Python)
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and runtimes
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices
  • Experience with Observability – OpenTelemetry implementation

Responsibilities:

  • Create GitOps based event-driven high performance pipelines and tooling to fully automate the software delivery process.
  • Work collaboratively with Banking developer communities.
