About the RoleAre you an effective, relationshipdriven salesperson who enjoys daily interaction with an established customer base? TD SYNNEX is looking for an Inside Account Representative who is eager to learn, enjoys talking with customers, and can deliver results while providing exceptional customer service to our partners.
In this role, you will manage and grow a specific portfolio of identified accounts, serving as the primary daytoday contact. You will work proactively to drive revenue and margin growth while ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and organizational profitability. This position requires someone who can comfortably handle ongoing customer communication, share information about TD SYNNEX services and solutions, and navigate increasingly complex customer needs.
Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking to drive growth and profitability across an assigned book of business.
Generate new business through a mix of inbound and outbound calls, with a strong focus on relationshipbased selling.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, including system integrators, OEMs, contract manufacturers, and software companies that rely on TD SYNNEX for hardware and related solutions.
Share detailed information with customers on TD SYNNEX services, portfolio offerings, and valueadded solutions, including both hardware and software.
Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute territory growth plans.
Build and maintain detailed account profiles, identifying opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solutions where applicable.
Coordinate with the field sales team on RFP responses, customer proposals, and QBR presentations.
Partner closely with vendor management teams (e.g., storage, CPU, and other technology vendors) to introduce, position, and execute shared business goals.
Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders across purchasing, sales, and operations.
Coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing teams, either directly or by executing actions through those groups.
Identify potential challenges or risks within accounts and provide timely visibility to the Inside Account Executive or Senior Inside Account Executive.
Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure quotes and orders are processed accurately and on time.
Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned accounts and delegate repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams when appropriate.
Apply basic project management skills to track and complete customer requests.
Attend TD SYNNEX and relevant industry events as needed.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Open to earlycareer talent with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
Comfortable speaking with customers regularly and building relationships over the phone and email.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and tailor messaging to different audiences.
Ability to execute instructions independently and seek clarification when needed.
Demonstrated critical thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to negotiate effectively and sell ideas persuasively.
Strong timemanagement skills and ability to drive tasks to completion.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to work constructively under pressure and manage deadlines.
Demonstrated ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships across teams.
Sensitivity to the needs and concerns of customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional regional or local language skills are a plus.
Professional office environment
Hybrid work arrangement (Fremont, CA preferred)
West Coast working hours required
Travel up to 10%, primarily local, with occasional industry or TD SYNNEX events
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $69,400-$77,000 USD annually
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
