This role requires deep expertise in Swift, iOS frameworks, and software architecture, along with a passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code. And he/she has to lead a team a well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve existing architecture for scalability, modularity, and testability.
- Analyze app performance using tools like Instruments, Xcode Profiler, and third-party monitoring solutions.
- Identify and resolve memory leaks, CPU usage spikes, and UI rendering issues.
- Optimize networking, database access, and background processing for speed and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Identify areas of technical debt and propose actionable refactoring strategies.
- Document code review findings, performance benchmarks, and improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.
- Strong understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
