Job description
Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a new Security Host to work the door at Las Perlas, Los Angeles. We are excited to find a new family member to help keep our crews and guests safe.

Key Job Focuses
  • Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality. First Hello and Last Goodbye to every guest - Know your regulars by name.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents.
  • Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements.
  • De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally.
  • Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed.
  • Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management on a nightly incident basis.
  • Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company.
  • Must have a valid Guard Card
  • Able to lift 50lbs up to 200lbs and willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
Current Availability Needs
  • Weekends, especially Sundays
