Job description

Position: Plano VSPP Coordinator
Location: Plano, TX
Reports To: Vehicle Lifecycle Manager
Description
Penske Vehicle Services is responsible for the preparation, registration, exchange, and disposal of Toyota employee lease vehicles. A variety of computer applications and software is utilized to ensure compliance with State and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations, as well as Toyota employee policies. The Plano VSPP Coordinator (Vehicle Special Purchase Program) supports an employee discounted vehicle purchase program and audits the purchase transactions to ensure compliance with the benefit guidelines.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Audit vehicle purchase transactions for pricing and buyer information to ensure compliance with the client's benefit guidelines
  • Manage transactions on a software dashboard that provides workflow and status metrics
  • Review purchase submittals for completeness and accuracy, returning needed items back to the submitter for additional information or correction
  • Review and process "In Progress" and "Resubmitted" transactions that were previously returned to the submitter
  • Follow up with the appropriate parties for submissions on hold and escalate for support as needed
  • Acknowledge and respond to emails and other communications within expected guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers (requires coordination with dealerships, client employees and other parties)
  • Other duties assigned by Leadership

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; associate/bachelor's preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and follow through
  • Highly organized; thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Works well with diverse clients and teams
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
