Job description

Position Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Employment Type: Travel / Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Weekend Coverage)

Job Summary:
Provide diagnostic radiology services in a hospital setting, performing a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality diagnostic output and patient safety in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements:

  • Active ARRT certification required
  • AHA BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years recent Radiologic Technologist experience required
  • Cerner EMR experience required
  • Strong diagnostic imaging experience required
  • No local candidates within 50 miles

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures
  • Support emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient imaging needs
  • Ensure proper patient positioning and imaging accuracy
  • Operate and maintain radiology equipment
  • Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
  • Document imaging procedures in Cerner EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
  • Respond to urgent imaging requests as needed
  • Maintain workflow in a high-volume hospital environment
