Position Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Employment Type: Travel / Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Weekend Coverage)
Job Summary:
Provide diagnostic radiology services in a hospital setting, performing a variety of imaging procedures while ensuring high-quality diagnostic output and patient safety in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements:
- Active ARRT certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years recent Radiologic Technologist experience required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Strong diagnostic imaging experience required
- No local candidates within 50 miles
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures
- Support emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient imaging needs
- Ensure proper patient positioning and imaging accuracy
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Document imaging procedures in Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Respond to urgent imaging requests as needed
- Maintain workflow in a high-volume hospital environment
