Job description
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Ab Initio Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data integration and processing, with a strong background in Ab Initio and related technologies. This role involves leading complex initiatives, designing, coding, testing, and debugging projects related to Ab Initio applications.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex data integration projects using Ab Initio.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data warehousing.
• Utilize Teradata in a Unix environment for data processing and analysis.
• Implement job scheduling and automation using Autosys.
• Apply change data capture techniques to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write and debug code, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Leverage previous Wells Fargo experience to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Ab Initio GDE and related components.
• Strong knowledge of Teradata and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with Autosys for job scheduling and automation.
• Familiarity with change data capture methodologies.
• Previous experience at Wells Fargo is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
• Excellent hands-on coding skills.
