Job description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, and development. The candidate will be given significant transactional responsibilities. Senior Associates and Shareholders will devote substantial time and energy to training and mentoring, not only on the legal technicalities of a national real estate practice but also the business and relationship skills necessary to become a first chair accomplished real estate attorney.
The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high and positive energy level, keen attention to detail, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Candidates with big firm experience preferred. Admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$260,000- $300,000 per year
