Job description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising construction activities on semiconductor and mission-critical projects. This role will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with project stakeholders, design teams, and contractors to support high-quality project execution from design through closeout.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Construction Project Manager overseeing field execution of construction projects
  • Manage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to support efficient project delivery
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through reports and meetings
  • Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure compliance and constructability
  • Track project progress, schedules, and budgets to maintain performance targets
  • Maintain site documentation including daily logs, safety plans, and project records
  • Conduct job walks, meetings, and field coordination activities
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, including conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
  • Support change management, punch list completion, and project closeout activities
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role
Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management environment, preferably within semiconductor or mission-critical industries
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, scheduling, and field coordination
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams effectively
  • Experience reviewing project documentation including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates to stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret and follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and project requirements
  • Proficiency in tracking project progress, budgets, and schedules
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
  • Relevant industry experience will be strongly considered
  • Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
