Job Description
- Rresponsible for custom development utilizing Python supporting the end customer for a variety of unique tasks.
- Your primary focus will be the development of logic both server and client side, to solve problems and create one-off tools.
- You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements into an application; understanding of front-end,backend and middleware technologies is necessary.
Qualifications
- Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework.
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system (SQL and NO-SQL)
- Proficient in Windows and Linux environments
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Unit test and debugging skills
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Subversion/GIT
- Familiarity with ELK stack
- Familiarity with running python in various virtual machine architectures
- 4 year degree, 3+ years experience
