Job Title: React and React Native Lead-Architect

Job Description:- 5+ years of Hands-on experience in developing and designing applications using React and React Native
- Should be conversant in creating the hybrid enterprise mobile applications for iOS and Android mobile platforms
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, adaptable and efficient mobile applications aligning the vision and technology roadmap for mobile solutions.
- Android/iOS end-to-end application architecture/development, Performance, Security, testing, etc.
- Extremely good in strategizing, architecting and building UI based mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms
- Min 6 years of experience in architecting and developing native, hybrid and cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android devices.
- Should be able to code and must be hands-on with React Native and Redux state management
- Ability to identify and integrate with 3rd party libs for React Native app. E.g., Firebase for push notification, crash analytics, etc.
- Ability to develop a custom native module for at least 1 platform say iOS or Android. That is, hands-on knowledge to develop in Swift/Objective-C or Java/Kotlin
- Should be very well versed with modern React way of developing components and hooks API
- Ability to perform Profiling of application and identify any potential performance bottlenecks
- Good understanding & hands-on in implementing unit tests frameworks used for mobile app development. Should be able to develop React components in a very testable unit
- Good understanding of any of the following tools: CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, VSTS, etc./ Code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, TFS, etc.
- Collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc
- Understanding of backend architecture, service interfaces, REST/SOAP, database systems, BFF (backend-for-frontend) interface e.g. Graphql and integration with the mobile apps
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Ability to work with teams located in different geographies and time zone and the understanding of onsite-offshore model
