Position Title : Python DeveloperLocation: Tampa, FLDuration: 03 Months (Contract to hire)Job Details:We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing robust applications. The role involves building and integrating APIs, working on core Python development, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through unit testing. The ideal candidate should also bring strong database skills with SQL/PL-SQL and exposure to modern frameworks.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python (Flask/Django)
- Build, integrate, and optimize API libraries
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code with a focus on core Python development
- Develop and maintain unit tests (Pytest/UnitTest) to ensure code quality
- Work with SQL/PL-SQL databases for data modeling and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Must Have Skills:- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with Flask (primary) or Django
- Solid understanding of API development & integration
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Pytest/UnitTest)
- Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL
Nice to Have Skills:- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and libraries
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience in Finance/Banking domain
