Job Title: Java Developer

Role & Responsibilities

·         Analyze the requirements and translate into high level and low level designs

·         Create Software Requirement Specifications

·         Coach/ support development team's questions and resolve conflict regarding features and requirements

·         Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate

·         Provide effort estimation for development team

·         Analyze change request entries and prioritize with other product backlog items and take ownership of delivery

·         Works with team to develop project/release plans and communicate software development plans

·         Release coordination

Required Qualifications

·         7+ years of experience in Oracle WebLogic server, Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, SQL , JQuery, CSS3, XHTML

·         7+ years of experience in design and development of multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications, preferably in cross-browser environments

·         Good understanding for CI/CD process

·         Experience in using tools like JIRA and BitBucket

·         Experience in Onsite/Offshore team coordination

·         Experience in requirement gathering, requirement understanding, code review, defect fixing and business user support

·         Experience in handling high severity production tickets
