II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java programming language
  • Experience in applications development on J2EE platform
  • Experience in writing SQL for Oracle relational databases
  • Experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server
  • Experience working on Spring Aspect Oriented Programming like transaction management and security
  • Experience in Spring Frameworks and Spring MVC
  • Experience with software development using Agile methodology
  • Experience with Health and Human Services or other State Agency
  • Project experience modifying and enhancing J2EE applications for IBM WebSphere application server upgrade and/or IBM WebSphere portal server remediation
