Job description

Application Support Level 1 & Level 2

We are seeking entry-level Application Support Level 1 & Level 2 to join our law firm in Roseland, NJ.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in computer science or a related field is preferred; significant relevant experience is highly valued.
  • 2-4 years of experience in hardware and software support, with a demonstrated track record of problem resolution.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and emerging tech products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Zoom, and Teams; familiarity with Salesforce, CLIO, ClickUp, and HIGHQ is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of application development methodologies and security principles.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support via phone and email to employees, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, leveraging diagnostic tools and methodologies.
  • Deliver remote and on-site assistance to users, enhancing their productivity and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Conduct comprehensive computer setup and configuration for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
