Job description

Healing Hands Home Therapy is a Los Angeles–based home health agency seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. We value efficient practice, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient outcomes.
Position Type: Independent Contractor in San Fernando Valley Area
Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and establish functional, patient-centered goals
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based OT plans of care
  • Provide interventions to improve ADLs/IADLs, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
  • Educate and motivate patients to promote safety, independence, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and complete timely documentation
Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active California OT license
  • Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • CPR certification
  • Current physical exam and TB test
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Business license
