Job description
- Evaluate patients and establish functional, patient-centered goals
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based OT plans of care
- Provide interventions to improve ADLs/IADLs, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
- Educate and motivate patients to promote safety, independence, and quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and complete timely documentation
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active California OT license
- Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Current physical exam and TB test
- Professional liability insurance
- Business license
