Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Application Programmer III to join their team. As an Application Programmer III, you will be part of the IT Department supporting software development and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Build and maintain document capture applications using Python technologies.
  • Develop and deploy enterprise applications that incorporate OCR, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning models.
  • Implement logging, caching, transaction management, and performance tuning to optimize application efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Document system designs and processes using UML and other technical documentation standards.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in Python development, including expertise in Machine Learning.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying enterprise document management applications.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps processes for build and deployment automation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of banking industry processes and agile project methodologies.
