Job description

Description Are you a talented, quality-obsessed iOS development mastermind that ships. Come build the first iOS app for the hottest, leanest start-up product launch anywhere. Our iOS app gives our customers fine-grained control of their home's climate, and we're looking for an iOS software developer to own that product.

You'll work closely with our exceptional design team to build a high-quality user experience for our customers (in your choice of Objective-C or Swift) and get hands-on experience at a startup launching its first product to the mass market. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our Python/Flask backend or Android app. Desired Skills 2+ years of experience developing native Cocoa apps on iOS in Objective-C using Xcode, preferably for distribution on the App Store.

Knowledge of iOS frameworks including Cocoa and Core Data. Strong knowledge of MVC, object-oriented programming, RESTful web service integration, design patterns, concurrency, Auto Layout, mobile testing. Understanding of good user experience (UX).

Ability to thrive at a fast-paced startup, learn quickly, and take ownership of your tasks.
