The Business Consultant - Manufacturing & Operations will provide consulting, training, support, and subject matter expertise for our ERP software, Infor CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine, and other technology solutions provided to DRI clients. This individual will determine work requirements associated with new implementations and post implementation projects. We are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about client service and have experience with Infor's Cloud Suite Industrial SyteLine software manufacturing & operations modules.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Project Manager/Lead Consultant to Deliver project tasks in a timely manner and within in the client's budget.
Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients.
Provide pre-go live consulting and go-live support to fulfill project plan objectives.
Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
Understanding of manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them within Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine ERP software and other DRI software solutions.
Provide end user training and business procedure documentation; training in both one-on-on and group classroom settings.
Confidence and ability to make recommendations to meet client's business needs.
Build on-going relationships with our clients and become their trusted advisor.
Ability to recognize and notify management of any issues which could affect the client business relationship.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Learn DRI and third-party products alongside of Infor CloudSuite Industrial.
Completes any additional assignments as requested by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
CSI / SyteLine experience is required.
MUST have full-life cycle implementation experience with Infor's CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine.
Background in Manufacturing Operations Management
Entrepreneurial, self-starter able to work in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Ability to travel up to 75%
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is required.
MBA, CMA, APICS and PMP certifications are desirable.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field experience
