Job description

In this role, you will conduct thorough behavioral and mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver brief interventions and evidence-based psychotherapy. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, coordinate care across settings, and provide psychoeducation to both residents and staff. Above all, you will foster a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and understood.

This role requires a strong ability to lead and facilitate support groups and group therapy sessions.
