Job description

OBGYN group has a member leaving for family reasons. This work family is looking for the next right addition. Only take call 3 days a month. Offer includes guaranteed base salary of $485,000 plus WRVUs, $75K sign-on, $100K retention, student loan support, retirement and much more. Family-friendly location that is 2 hours to St. Louis and Indianapolis, and 2.5 hours to Chicago. Settling down will be easy, with an average 16.7% lower cost of living. 2 Davinci robots are available but not required.
$485,000 base salary.
$75,000 sign on bonus.
$100,000 retention bonus.
403b with 50% match, amazing additional plan that is all hospital money (5% of base for years 1-5, increases to 10% after vesting after year 5).
Paid malpractice with tail coverage.

Only 3-4 days of call each month.
800 deliveries annually.
Tight knit work environment with exceptional work family.
2 hrs to Saint Louis and Indianapolis, 2.5 hours to Chicago.
