Job Summary
We are seeking a Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot to design and develop scalable distributed systems and event-driven applications. The role will focus on developing high-performance applications, working with large-scale databases, and implementing reliable software solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable applications using Core Java and Microservices Architecture.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems using Spring Framework technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
• Design and implement multithreaded and concurrent applications using thread-safe programming and synchronization techniques.
• Develop and support event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Analyze and optimize application performance, including JVM performance, garbage collection, and memory utilization.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server.
• Support applications that utilize large-scale databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Core Java, including Java 8/11/17+.
• Deep understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection, and performance tuning.
• Extensive experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture and scalable distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading and concurrency, including thread-safe programming and synchronization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Strong SQL skills, including optimization of complex queries.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server.
• Experience handling large-scale databases and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the financial services domain, including trading, risk, settlements, market data, or regulatory reporting.
