Job description

As an On-Call Cocktail Server, you'll be a key part of our hospitality team, providing excellent service to guests throughout the casino floor. This role is all about keeping the energy high while ensuring responsible, safe, and friendly beverage service. 
 

  • Pay: $9.00 per hour + tips
  • Job Type: Part-Time, On-Call (as needed)
  • Expected Hours: 1-25 hours per week
  • Schedule: Flexible

Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • At least 1 year of serving experience (cocktail serving experience preferred)
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
  • Ability to successfully complete alcohol awareness training
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment, including exposure to second-hand smoke and noise
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work at least one shift per month to maintain an active on-call status 
  • Delivering food and alcoholic beverages promptly and professionally to casino guests
  • Providing fast, friendly, and attentive guest service at all times
  • Following all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify legal drinking age
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your assigned station and shared work areas
  • Accurately handling payments and financial transactions
