Job description

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer who will advance what is possible for video in the enterprise. This developer will be responsible for expanding our existing API offering to encompass all aspects of video processing and delivery for Live and On-Demand video. Our newest technology brings multicast into the 21st century using a patent-pending protocol. The pace of innovation at our firm is accelerating at an unprecedented rate. Skills and Experience
    • knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and HTTP technologies
    • MediaElement APIs for audio and video
    • Responsive and cross browser/device web development
    • MVC and template-driven UI such as Backbone, Handlebars, RactiveJS
    • Web remoting with RESTfull interfaces: XHR, JSON, CORS
    • JS unit testing via Jasmine, QUnit, Chai or similar
    • Familiarity with NPM, packaging, and building
    • JavaScript automation such as Selenium, WebDriver, or PhantomJS
    • Web video encodings, HTTP streaming, MediaSource and Encrypted Media
    • Familiarity with Apache Cordova, PhoneGap, or Chrome Apps
    • Experience with web accessibility, internationalization, web captioning
