About your role:
As a Managing Counsel you will serve as a trusted business unit advisor providing legal support for Fiserv's Merchant Solutions division. This support involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with clients and other strategic partners; providing practical and prompt legal guidance to business, sales, and technology leaders on a wide range of critical business issues; and collaborating closely with company specialists regarding products, operations, technology, data privacy, security and regulatory matters.
