PLEASE NOTE: This is a Fully Remote Position for actively licensed Property & Casualty Agents located anywhere in the United States

D&W Agency is one of the fastest growing established Allstate Agents in the Greater Houston market with offices in north Houston, Tx.
We've grown exponentially since we started in 2015, up to a team of nearly 30 people across the United States. We have big goals and need people who are ready to think and win big.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Follow-and address all underwriting requirements as per company requirements
- Household proposals to include as many products as necessary, including Home, Renters, Auto, Umbrella, Motor Club, Trailer, Motorcycle, Boat, and ATV
- Identify opportunities for Life and Benefits and refer to appropriate team
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license is required
- Skilled sales experience and passion required
- Insurance experience and knowledge required
- Experience/deep knowledge of Allstate or similar products preferred but not required
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
