Chemistry Masters – AI Data Trainer

What You'll Do

  • Design challenging, advanced chemistry problems to test and benchmark AI performance across areas like chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
  • Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate sound scientific reasoning
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve evaluation benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI systems improve over time

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
  • Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and logical rigor
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
  • No prior AI experience required — your chemistry expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
