Job Description
Python Developer in this role, you will work on content-enabled workflow solutions designed specifically for professionals in the legal, risk management, corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting, and academic markets. You will drive innovation to support collections, conversions and parsing of a wide variety of content and working in a distributed environment to enrich the content for supporting world class web applications with strong search capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity
Work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs
Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as necessary
Keep abreast of new technology development
All other duties assigned
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field required
Experience with Unix and MS Windows
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
Experience with following programming languages:
Python - required
C#
XPath
Regular Expressions
Object oriented technology
HTML, XHTML, XML
SQL
CSS
JavaScript
JQuery
Knowledge of working in AWS environment
Power shell - would be a plus
