Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Reston, VA (Onsite - 5 Days/Week)
Employment Type: Contract

Face-to-Face interviews mandatory.
Job Description
We are looking for a strong Java Full Stack Developer with 9-12+ years of experience, preferably from Banking or Financial Services domain. Candidates must have recent experience working with banking clients.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java
  • Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
  • Frontend development experience with Angular
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot (GHCP)
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Experience
  • Banking / Financial domain experience is mandatory
  • Recent project experience with Banks or Financial Institutions
  • Experience in enterprise application development
  • Exposure to cloud-native applications and modern development practices
Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable full stack applications using Java and Angular
  • Build and maintain Microservices-based architecture
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Work with AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Utilize GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity
