Job Title: Server/Bartender
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time | Hourly + Tips
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers and Bartenders to join our team in a community-based restaurant environment. This role combines front-of-house service with bar responsibilities, ensuring an excellent dining and social experience for residents, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a community-focused atmosphere, enjoys building relationships with regular guests, and can balance efficiency with a welcoming personality.
Greet and seat guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
Provide knowledgeable and attentive table service, including taking orders, delivering food/beverages, and checking on guest satisfaction.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and responsible service guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas, including restocking supplies and performing side work.
Accurately enter orders into POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
Follow community and restaurant policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service.
Engage with community members, fostering a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred.
Knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktail recipes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong team player with a positive, community-minded attitude.
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
