Aspen Careers is partnering with a boutique litigation firm with a national practice, to identify an experienced Litigation Associate for its growing Dublin, Ohio office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to handle files independently, work closely with a friendly team, and practice sophisticated litigation in a less stressful small-firm environment. They emphasizes a "clients first" approach and was built by former large-firm attorneys who wanted to deliver high-level legal services with more responsiveness and better work-life balance.

The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of litigation experience required.
- Licensed in Ohio.
- Ability to independently manage files with minimal oversight.
- Strong court appearance and deposition experience.
- Trucking, transportation defense, negligence defense, or insurance defense experience is a plus.
