Job Title: Full Stack (React, Spring Boot, NodeJs, J2EE, Microservices –
1. Required Qualifications
a. Technical Skills
· Overall 10+ years of professional experience
· Experience developing web applications using React, Node JS and Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Core, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot Framework
· Strong hands-on experience building backend services using Node.js
· Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar
· Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Node.js event loop
· Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js
· Working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+) for Node.js development
· Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2) in Node.js applications
· Experience working with unit testing using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, JBehave, and Node.js testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai
· Build and deploy services using Gradle, Maven, npm, GHA/Jenkins etc. as part of CI/CD process
· Experience with any Database (Mongo DB, RDBMS)
· Good to have: Experience designing and developing APIs using GraphQL
b. Soft skills
· Excellent communication skills – design-related conversations, ability to build and nurture good relationships and foster an environment for collaboration
· Acting as a member of the team supporting teammates and collaborating with a do what it takes attitude to ensure project and team success
2. Responsibilities
· Be part of a team of engineers in developing elegant and high performant code
· Ensure quality practices – unit testing, code reviews / leading tests
· Optimize application for non-functional requirements
· Build and deploy components as part of CI/CD process
· Will be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including coordination with required teams for production deployment
· Continuously monitors application health and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), support triage of any production issues as and when needed
· Collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features, service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues
· Be an advocate of security best practices, champion and support the importance of security within engineering
