Job Overview: The Giants are seeking an intern with a passion for delivering exceptional service to join their Premium Sales and Service team for the upcoming 2026-2027 football season. purpose of this internship is to provide a unique opportunity to assist the day-to-day operations of the Premium Sales and Service departments for an NFL Franchise. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong work ethic, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in the presence of clients and prospects.
Responsibilities/Functions:
The primary responsibilities of the Premium Sales and Service Intern include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Assist with planning and organizing various sales and service initiatives.
  • Provide operational support for Giants events and home games including guest check-in, set-up & breakdown, and reports/recaps.
  • Assist with shipping out items to clients/prospects as needed.
  • Communicate with premium clients and season ticket members via phone and email. Handle any requests and/or complaints.
  • Assist in group sales prospecting and outbound efforts
  • Assist with organizing and fulfilling game day suite assets, fan experiences, and gameday alumni visits.
  • Responsible for gameday preparation & delivery (gift bags, signage, suite logos, suite requests, etc.)
  • Track suite visits, field passes and any gameday notes in Salesforce and Archtics.
  • Create and update weekly reports for all sales related resource platforms, generated revenue & pipeline management (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Salesforce etc.)
  • Prepare gameday staff assignments and task sheets.
  • Oversee department inventory and gifting; order fulfillment and shipping, giftbags, restocking items.
  • Deliver an end of internship presentation on a subject determined by management
  • All other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or college senior.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with and relate with all types of people.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to accept all assignments and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Must be able lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Familiar with trends in the football and sports industry.
  • Archtics experience a plus.
  • Must be punctual, dependable and have transportation to and from Quest Diagnostics Training Center and MetLife Stadium (both in East Rutherford, NJ).
  • Available to work 40 hours a week from July through the end of season.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expected to work all Giants home games.

Paid Position: $18.00/Hour
