Job description

Leading Freight Brokerage Firm is willing to pay what it takes, plus full benefits. Birmingham, AL location! First year potential $45K+! Salary plus bonus! Professional with strong communication, customer service, and computer skills. This is a great career opportunity for someone dependable and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task that is looking for a future.


Dispatch trucks to pick up and drop off loads. Schedule truck routes. Confirm arrivals, assist with lost loads, breakdowns, delays, etc. Will be on the phone and computer, making sure trucks and loads are being taken care of properly. Will answer questions and handle issues, etc. They are looking for someone entry-level wanting a career start in logistics.


Dispatching experience is a plus. The perfect candidate has some logistics experience. Great training program. High School Diploma. College – Supply Chain Management or Logistics would be a plus.


Normal Hours vary - 40-hour work week! Criminal/Drug screening.
