Eagle Transport Corporation | Nashville, Tennessee

Eagle Transport operates terminals throughout the eastern United States, specializing in the transportation of fuel, chemicals, and dry bulk products. As our team continues to expand in the Southeast, we are looking for Petroleum Transport Drivers to join us in Nashville, TN !
As a Petroleum Transport Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of petroleum products to various locations, while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and operational protocols.

Job Duties

  • Complete dispatched loads of petroleum products by picking up from the rack and safely delivering to customer stores and facilities, ensuring that all deliveries are timely and accurate.
  • Safely transport petroleum products to designated destinations.

  • Manage all aspects of safe truck operation according to DOT regulation, Eagle Company policies and safety protocols.

  • Work closely with dispatch and other team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure proper functioning and safety.

  • Accurately prepare and complete all required delivery reports.

Requirements

  • 23 years of age.

  • Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

  • 1 year experience operating a Class A ,tractor-trailer (within the past seven (7) years).

  • No more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years on a commercial vehicle and no chargeable "DOT- Recordable" accidents.

  • Have no DUI/DWI/OUI within the past ten (10) years
