Job Description

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team. Drivers will deliver packages to residential and commercial customers while representing our company with professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
  • Deliver packages efficiently and accurately along assigned routes
  • Load and organize packages for daily deliveries
  • Use handheld devices and GPS technology to complete deliveries and record delivery information
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
  • Deliver packages in various weather conditions
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members
  • Maintain delivery pace while prioritizing safety and accuracy
  • Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift
  • Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized
  • Complete up to 150–200 stops per day

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
  • Enter and exit the delivery van frequently throughout the shift
  • Walk, climb stairs, bend, crouch, and stand for extended periods
  • Work up to 10 hours per shift in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Reliable transportation to and from the station
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required
  • Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, physically active position where drivers are expected to maintain delivery accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism throughout each shift. Drivers work independently while staying connected with the team through clear communication and support.
