Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end transport coordination, ensuring seamless delivery from warehouse to customer across North America.

You’ll play a critical role in managing transport providers, optimizing freight costs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery—ultimately contributing to stronger margins and superior returns for our growers.

Key Performance Outputs

Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Coordinate “final mile” logistics for customer deliveries
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance across all shipments
  • Oversee freight costs, quotations, and vendor performance
  • Monitor freight market trends and rate fluctuations
  • Act as the primary liaison with transport service providers
  • Support annual freight budgeting and performance reviews
  • Maintain compliance with audit procedures and logistics standards
Sales & Operations Support
  • Assist with customer quotes and cost calculations
  • Provide timely updates on purchase orders and deliveries

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
