We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Transportation Aide to join our dynamic transportation team. Duties

  • Safely operate a variety of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses to transport clients or goods efficiently and comfortably
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by greeting clients warmly, assisting with luggage or packages, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the journey
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety standards are upheld
  • Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules for all assigned vehicles
  • Follow all traffic laws and company policies diligently while navigating urban and rural routes under various weather conditions
  • Assist with vehicle cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to ensure a professional appearance at all times
  • Coordinate with dispatch or management to plan routes effectively and adapt to changing schedules or client requests

Experience

  • Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as limousine service, shuttle driving, delivery driving, or bus operation
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
  • Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., driver license), with a clean driving record
  • Experience operating different vehicle types including box trucks, school buses, limousines, or shuttle vans preferred
