Dispatcher, Chauffeured Transportation | Dallas, TX

Premier Transportation is one of the most decorated names in luxury ground transportation, a three time National Operator of the Year winner and part of the Hoffmann Family of Companies. We run a fleet of 70+ vehicles across the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and we're looking for an experienced dispatcher who thrives in a fast moving, high accountability environment.

This is not a quiet desk job. You'll be the nerve center connecting our chauffeurs, clients, and operations team in real time, and the right person for this role takes pride in staying two steps ahead.

What you'll do:

  • Manage reservations from assignment through completion using our windows based dispatching software
  • Match the right vehicle and chauffeur to each client's needs
  • Monitor active and pending trips across tight time windows
  • Provide phone and email support to clients and chauffeurs
  • Help ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

What you bring:

  • Prior dispatch or scheduling experience, ideally in transportation or logistics
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfort working across windows based systems, mobile devices, and multitasking under pressure
  • Solid working knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth area
  • A calm, solutions first approach when things get busy
