As a To-Go Specialist, you will greet guests warmly, accurately pack orders, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure every guest enjoys a great takeout experience. The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle To-Go and catering orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and a positive guest experience.

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Prepare, package, and verify all to-go and catering orders
  • Monitor online orders and incoming phone orders
  • Coordinate guest pickups and curbside service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
  • Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, hard work, respect, and a positive attitude
  • Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
  • Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 25 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
