Do you love swimming and working with kids? Join the Bulldog Swim Academy team and help young swimmers build confidence, learn essential water-safety skills, and become stronger swimmers!

Typical Hours
Weekday Afternoons/Evenings: 3:30–7:30/8:00 PM
Weekends: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM
What You'll Do
  • Teach swim lessons using our approved curriculum
  • Teach swimming skills and water safety
  • Create a fun, positive, and encouraging learning environment
  • Keep students safe and engaged throughout each lesson
  • Communicate with families and fellow team members
  • Participate in staff training and in-service sessions
We're Looking For people who are:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced pool environment
  • Willing to learn and receive training
Previous swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, camp, or childcare experience is a plus—but not required! CPR/First Aid/ or Lifeguard certified a plus!
