No sales experience required. You need energy, confidence, resilience, and the willingness to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

Sales Partnerships, Inc. is building a residential outside sales team across Central Texas. You'll earn a guaranteed hourly wage while we train you to prospect, build rapport, handle objections, and close — through hands-on field coaching and the SPI Sales Academy. Your hourly pay doesn't disappear if you don't sell. Commission stacks on top.

What you get

  • Tue–Fri: ~1:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: ~10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Four evening shifts and Saturdays are required. Meetings and training happen inside your paid hours.

Outside sales works when people are home. This is not a 9-to-5.

This is your kind of job if

You'd rather move than sit at a desk. You like talking to people. You're competitive. You can hear "no" and bring the same energy to the next door. And you like that getting better directly raises your paycheck.

The basics

  • 18+
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check
  • Comfortable walking neighborhoods outdoors, navigating stairs, carrying 10–15 lbs
