• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including evaluations of physical health, injuries, and functional limitations to inform diagnosis and care planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and medical teams, focusing on achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
• Monitor patients' progress regularly, documenting treatment effectiveness and adjusting care plans as needed based on outcomes and feedback.
• Provide education and instruction to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, proper use of assistive devices, and strategies for ongoing rehabilitation at home.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to promote a holistic approach to patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, prioritizing treatments and scheduling patients in accordance with clinic protocols and patient needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, evidence-based practices, and advancements in physical therapy to ensure the highest level of care.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from injuries, and individuals managing chronic conditions requiring ongoing care. You will utilize your skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships and provide empathetic, individualized attention to help patients achieve their maximum potential.

• A valid and active Physical Therapy License in California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for helping others.

• Previous work or internship experience in an outpatient settings, particularly within physical rehabilitation or orthopedic care, is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and therapeutic modalities.
