  • Use athlete and client wins to attract positive attention, introduce emerging talent and demonstrate our knowledge of the industry.
  • Help position THE• TEAM as one of the most experienced and sophisticated organizations operating in the business of American football.
  • Design high-quality, on-brand creative across social, digital and marketing channels
  • Develop graphics, templates and visual systems that establish a fresh, contemporary and consistent identity for @the.team.nfl
  • Execute a range of assets including player announcements, signings, draft content, gameday coverage, milestones, brand partnerships and marketing collateral
  • Support motion design and short-form video editing as needed

Athlete & Cultural Storytelling
  • Translate player moments, partnerships and milestones into visually compelling, social-first creative
  • Collaborate with social, marketing and talent teams to bring athlete narratives to life
  • Stay tapped into NFL, college football, athlete and broader cultural trends to inform creative direction
  • Identify visually relevant ways to introduce younger and emerging players to new audiences
  • Balance creativity with clarity to ensure content is both engaging and brand-aligned

Brand & Collaboration
  • Lead the evolution of @the.team.nfl's visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Maintain alignment with the broader THE• TEAM brand while establishing a distinctive visual approach for the NFL account
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align creative with strategic, audience and client goals
  • Apply feedback efficiently while upholding a high standard of design

Workflow & Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and often reactive sports environment
  • Stay organized using project management tools, including Asana, and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Plan proactively for major football moments, including the NFL Draft, free agency, training camp, the regular season, playoffs and the Super Bowl
  • Continuously explore design trends, tools, platform behaviors and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, brand or sports/entertainment environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social and brand design work
