Job description

Theย Seasonalย Recruiterย will leadย seasonalย recruitment efforts for various NFL offices. In this role, you will be a talent advisor and build strong relationships with the senior management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners in driving hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFL's vision, mission, and values.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Manage 40 to 50+ open seasonal requisitions at once across multiple departments and locationsย during peak hiring periodsย 
  • Executeย full-cycle, highย volume recruitment including screening, interviewing, andย extending offersย 
  • Support Early Careerย recruitment efforts during non-peak seasonal hiring timesย 
  • Build strong working relationships withย HR andย hiringย managersย to understand business needs, seasonal headcount planning, and job requirementsย 
  • Identify, and recruit candidates for a wide range of temporary roles across media, production, and game operationsย 
  • Maintainย accurateย and organized data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) for all candidates and requisitionsย 
  • Create and deliver regular search status updates to hiring managers and partnersย 
  • Ensureย equitableย hiringย processes in line with NFL standards and policiesย 
  • Build andย maintainย talent pipelines to support recurring seasonal staffing needsย 
  • Represent the NFL atย in personย or virtual hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting programsย as neededย 
  • Manage offer processes including recommendations,ย draftingย and extending offers, and negotiations as permittedย 
  • Ensure onboarding requirements are completed, including background checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork, andย startย dateย coordinationย 
  • Partner with HR teams to support smooth onboarding experiencesย 
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and all applicable federal and state employment lawsย 

Required Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree withย 4+ yearsย ofย highvolumeย recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceย 
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manageย 40ย toย 50+ย highvolumeย requisitionsย simultaneouslyย 
  • Experience working with various recruitment platforms including, but not limitedย toย Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue.ย 
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law as well as corporate recruitment processesย 
  • Superior candidate management experienceย 
  • Excellent project management skillsย
