The Shanna & Bryan Glazer JCC, Tampa's state-of-the-art fitness and aquatics center, is known for its exceptional service, variety of amenities, and welcoming community environment for all ages, background, and faiths.
As a Membership Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our individual and corporate fitness memberships. Building meaningful and lasting relationships with potential members, residential communities, and corporations is at the heart of what you do, ensuring their satisfaction and happiness as members. Your professionalism and comprehensive understanding of our offerings, from general exercise and equipment to wellness programming, will guide your success in this role.
Our top Membership Representatives are characterized by their entrepreneurial drive and thrive in an environment that encourages surpassing personal and team objectives. They proactively generate and manage leads through telemarketing, cold calling, guest passes, walk-ins, and member referrals, while also maintaining an effective lead follow-up system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate, maintain, and act upon individual, residential, and corporate sales leads.

  • Understand prospects' needs and guide them towards suitable membership solutions.

  • Create, coordinate, and manage promotional activities, both within and outside the center, to enhance club visibility.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with local residential communities and businesses.

  • Engage in networking activities and attend local events in the Tampa Bay area.

  • Create opportunities for new business development and maintain relationships with existing and past clients.

  • Focus on member retention and seek referrals.
