  • Partner with finance, IT and business stakeholders to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to validate system changes and ensure stability.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration records, and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and automate recurring tasks.
  • Train and coach users on effective system use and best practices.

Strategic System Management & Business Process Support:
  • Act as a strategic partner in system planning by aligning platform capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, new features, and product roadmaps to recommend and plan system enhancements that improve efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Support sales and business development teams in managing opportunity pipelines, customer and contact lifecycle management, and integration between CRM and ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve end-to-end business processes across project delivery, sales, and finance functions.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on system performance, usage, and process optimization to leadership.
  • Ensure alignment of system design with compliance, audit, and data governance requirements.

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a system administrator or support specialist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations; exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting concepts including billing types (T&M, fixed fee, intercompany), cost controls, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience supporting sales processes including opportunities, customer lifecycle, and contact management.
  • Experience configuring security roles, workflows, and integrations in D365.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Familiarity with month-end close processes, billing cycles, and project management practices.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support users of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 Sales are highly desirable.
