As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing patient outcomes:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities and develop customized treatment plans.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality use to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote orthopedic health and raise awareness of our services.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to quality improvement projects, and be involved in staff training and supervision.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, degenerative conditions, and various musculoskeletal disorders. The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy and current BLS certification.

• Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications relevant to clinical documentation.

While we welcome recent graduates, candidates with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy techniques, or prior roles in a rehabilitation facility will be considered favorably. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a background in community outreach or program development are also advantageous.
